What HUGO Sync is

HUGO Sync is a private, self-hosted software application operated by the application owner. HUGO Sync is used only for internal business automation. It is not a public consumer app, marketplace product, or multi-tenant online service.

Purpose of HUGO Sync

The purpose of HUGO Sync is to import selected files from the operator’s cloud storage into the operator’s internal automation system so that recurring administrative workflows can run with less manual file handling.

Functionality of HUGO Sync includes:

connecting to the operator’s authorized cloud storage account using OAuth,
reading and downloading selected files prepared by the operator,
importing those files into internal automation pipelines on the operator’s own server,
supporting internal workflows such as attendance processing and vehicle cost preparation.

Why HUGO Sync requests Google user data

HUGO Sync requests access to Google user data only so it can read and download files from the operator’s authorized storage account when the operator has granted permission. Those files are processed on the operator’s own server as part of internal automation.

HUGO Sync uses Google user data only for these purposes:

to access files the operator made available for automation,
to download those files securely to the operator’s server, and
to process them in internal business workflows.

HUGO Sync does not use Google user data for advertising, does not sell Google user data, and does not share Google user data with unrelated third parties.
