1. Nature of HUGO Sync

HUGO Sync is a private, self-hosted application. It is not offered to the public as a multi-tenant online service.

2. Purpose of HUGO Sync

The purpose of HUGO Sync is to import authorized cloud files into the operator’s internal automation workflows.

3. Who may use HUGO Sync

Only the application operator and explicitly authorized internal users. There is no public registration.

4. Cloud storage access

By authorizing HUGO Sync, the user grants access only within the approved OAuth scopes. The user is responsible for which files are available to the application.

5. Availability

HUGO Sync runs on the operator’s infrastructure “as is”. The operator may change or stop the application at any time.

6. Termination

Access may be revoked at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions and by removing the OAuth credential from the operator’s systems.
