1. Purpose of HUGO Sync

HUGO Sync is a private application that imports selected cloud files into the operator’s internal automation system. HUGO Sync is not a public multi-user product.

2. Google user data processed by HUGO Sync

• OAuth access and refresh tokens for the authorized account
• Files the operator authorized HUGO Sync to read for automation
• Technical logs of automation runs on the operator’s server

3. How HUGO Sync uses Google user data

HUGO Sync uses Google user data only to:

• read and download authorized files, and
• process those files in internal automation workflows on the operator’s own server.

HUGO Sync does not sell Google user data, does not use it for advertising, and does not share it with unrelated third parties.

4. Storage and retention

Tokens and downloaded files are stored on the operator’s own server only as long as needed for automation and backups. After OAuth access is revoked, HUGO Sync stops accessing Google user data.

Access can be revoked at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
